Working with Mr. Batista was a wonderful experience. Due to the circumstances i.e. pandemic, low inventory for buyers – therefore making it a sellers playground, bidding wars; I can go on….he made it a calming experience despite these circumstances. Steven Batista is extremely knowledgeable, always willing to answer any questions and provide you with whatever information you need. Mr. Batista is also very giving of his time, whenever we needed him, he was there at the drop of a dime to show that just listed home. I promise, he will not disappoint!
